A general home inspection gives you the impartial opinion of a licensed and experienced Certified Home Inspector, independent of and uncompensated by your Realtor®, helping you to avoid surprises and make an informed decision. A General Home Inspection examines and tests all of the major components of your home, and assesses the structural and mechanical condition of your home to highlight strengths and problem areas. We are State of Ohio Licensed Home Inspectors and Certified Members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), performing all inspections per the State of Ohio Standards of Practice and Canons of Ethics. Your home inspection will be extremely thorough, going above and beyond the State of Ohio standards so that you have a more complete understanding of the home you are purchasing than you did before the inspection.
We present you with a General Home Inspection report on the day of your inspection. You will leave the Inspection with a complete un-biased review and understanding of the defects. And of course, we remain available for as long as you need us for any questions about your home and our inspection.
